It's Home Inspection Day! This is one of the most time intensive part of real estate. Not only do we come out the day of inspection, but we read the inspection ourselves, with our clients (more than once, sometimes), and then we note repairs we will ask for. Then the real fun begins, and that is separating the specific pages we note on our request form for the listing agent to go over with their seller. Glad it's a beautiful spring day, so I can sit outside and get other work done while I wait for the inspection to be completed.
